There are a few ways to request your bear below. Please choose the option that’s right for you.

Request a Bear

Due to an overwhelming number of requests, there will be a longer-than-usual wait time for free bears.

We appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible to fulfill each request with care.

Request a Free Bear

We send free bears to families across the U.S. who are facing loss, infertility, or a NICU stay.

This option puts you on our waitlist.

When we are preparing to ship your bear, we’ll email you a confirmation form to collect your shipping address and determine which type of bear best supports your needs.

Pay for Shipping

If you’d like to receive your bear sooner, you can make a small donation to cover shipping costs.

By paying for shipping, you will skip the wait and are not required to submit the Bear Confirmation form.

Be sure your shipping information is correct prior to checkout.

Live outside of the United States?

If you live outside of the USA:

We ask that you pay for international shipping using this form.

Be sure your address is correct in PayPal before submitting.

Once you fill out the PayPal form, you do not need to do anything else.

(we will contact you if needed)

We cannot send more than one bear per family outside of the U.S.
