Project BEAR donates bears to hospitals in the USA free of charge.

We have 2 different types of bears: Our BabyLoss Bears & our New NICU Bears! Each are brown, 8”-9" and have a bow-tie and t-shirt with our logo. See pictures. T-shirt is removable.

Requests for a box of bears must include your name, your email and your phone number. You must be a person associated with the hospital or other medical office/center. If we cannot contact you, we will not be able to send you a box of bears.

We can only offer our bears to hospitals, doctors' offices, medical centers, doulas, bereavement counselors or similar 501(c)3 non-profit organizations in the United States.

If you are a 501(c)3 non-profit who wishes to use our bears, please email us at [email protected] to obtain approval before filling out this form. If you are a hospital or doctor's office you do not need to email us.

Our bears are free of charge, but we do accept donations in any amount & your support is always appreciated. You can use one of the links below to make donations, or go to our Support Page for more options.

Our BabyLoss bears are specifically for miscarriage, stillbirth, other pregnancy loss or infant loss; to be given to grieving parents or siblings. Our NICU bears are specifically for families of babies in the NICU, to be given to parents and/or siblings. We cannot send bears for other purposes.

Please note - We send up to 20 bears at a time but will replenish when needed. Simply fill this form out again when you need more. Please allow 2-3 months between requests.

Until our new shipment arrives in the fall, we can only fulfill "NICU BEAR ONLY" requests (shipping is estimated 2-4 weeks).
