When your bear has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from Stamps.com.

Please DO NOT fill out this form if: 

You have already requested a free bear from us.

Someone in your family has requested a free bear from us.

You have donated to recieve a bear.

You are requesting a bear on behalf of someone else.

Remember:

We can only send one free bear per family in the USA.

This includes free Infertility Bears.

Be sure to input your correct email address!

You will not receive your bear if we have an incorrect email.

Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your trusted
list, so our communication doesn't end up in your spam folder!

We will email you the Required Confirm Address form when we are
ready to ship your bear.

This is required to receive your bear!

If your bear is returned to us, we cannot resend it for free.

You will be asked to specify the "category of loss" on the Confirm Address
form. This will determine whether you will receive an 8" or a 5" bear.

If you donate to help cover the cost of your bear, you will skip the wait
to be on the priority list.
