Whether you’re grieving a loss, facing difficulties growing your family, or navigating an extended NICU stay, Project B.E.A.R. is here to you. We send free teddy bears to offer tangible comfort and support during these incredibly difficult times.

Please read the instructions below and submit the form to join our waitlist for a free 8-inch plush bear. If you need more than one bear or if you would like a keepsake or specialty bear, these options are available in our shop.

How To Request A Free Bear

This will put you on our waitlist.

You need to provide a valid email to receive your bear.

Fill out and submit the Bear Confirmation Form sent to your email

When we are preparing to ship your bear, we will email you a private link to the form.

This is where we will collect your address and determine which type of bear best supports your needs.

Wait to receive your bear in the mail

After you receive and submit the Bear Confirmation Form, there is nothing else you need to do.

Once your bear has shipped, you will receive a tracking email from stamps.com.

If you donate to help cover the cost of shipping, you can skip the wait

Select "Expedited Bear" in our shop if you have not yet received a free bear from Project B.E.A.R.

Any bear "purchased" from our shop will skip the Bear Confirmation Form and will be sent within 2-4 weeks.

We can only send one free bear per family.

We can only send bears to families who request them directly.
