Project B.E.A.R. provides free teddy bears to hospitals and community partners, including medical centers, counselors, doulas, and similar organizations that support families facing loss, infertility, or a NICU journey.
When your supply begins to run low, simply return to this page and submit the form again to restock your bears.
Our bears are free of charge, but we do accept donations in any amount. Your support is always appreciated!
Select the type and quantity of bears you would like, and let us know where to send them.
You will receive a tracking email from Stamps.com when your package has shipped.
We will send the tracking info to your personal email if provided.
When your stock of bears begins to run low, simply fill out this form again and more will be sent.
Please allow 2-3 months between requests.
Our hospital and community partners are our top priority.
In the event of limited stock or high request volume, donor organizations' orders will be shipped first.
We can only provide bears to hospitals, doctors' offices, medical centers, doulas, bereavement counselors or similar 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations in the U.S.A.
A valid, current employee email is required to use this form!
