Our free bear requests are a two-step process, and the Bear Confirmation Form is required to ship your bear.
After you receive and complete the Bear Confirmation Form, you will get an email from stamps.com with your tracking information.
If you email us for any reason, please include your name and address, so we can quickly find your order.
