How To Request A Box of Bears
Fill out and submit the Hospital Bears Request Form on this page below
Select the type and quantity of bears you would like for your organization, and let us know where to send them.
Wait to receive your bears in the mail
You will receive tracking information from Stamps.com via email when your package has shipped.
While we do require an employee email address, we will send the tracking info to your personal email if provided.
Resubmit the form when you need more bears
When your stock of bears begins to run low, simply fill out this form again and more will be sent.
Please allow 2-3 months between requests.
If you donate to help cover the cost of shipping, you can skip the wait
Our hospital and community partners are our top priority.
In the event of limited stock or high request volume, donor organizations' orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
We send one free postcard per bear in every order!
Please DO fill out this form if:
You are a current employee or staff member of the organization for which you are requesting.
Please DO NOT fill out this form if:
You are a patient, friend, or family member of someone at the intended organization.
You do not plan to use these bears for their intended purpose.
Please note:
We can only provide free bears to:
hospitals, doctors' offices, medical centers, doulas, bereavement counselors or similar 501(c)3 non-profit organizations in the U.S.A.
A valid, current employee email address is required to submit this form!
For first time requests:
If you represent a 501(c)3 non-profit, please submit our Partner With Us Form to obtain approval before requesting bears.
If you are a hospital or doctor's office you do not need to contact us.
